Learning Pathways

Masterclasses are available through two learning pathways so you can engage the material in the way that best fits your season and location.

  • In-Person

    Designed for leaders who benefit from shared learning and conversation. In addition to the masterclass teaching, this pathway includes the monthly reading materials and cohort gatherings where leaders reflect together, process insights, and apply what they are learning in real time.

  • Online

    Register for individual Masterclasses instead. Perfect for long-distance learners or those with unpredictable schedules. This gives you full access to the masterclass teaching, reflections, and assessments so you can engage the material at your own pace from anywhere. A recommended reading list is provided for those who want to go deeper, but physical books/material and cohort discussions are not included.
